Orders and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchase: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
ORDER STATUS
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. A second email will be sent to you notifying you when the order ships along with a tracking number. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam filter. The email may have been blocked.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you placed, please email ravenstore@benedictine.edu immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item on your order is out of stock, the available items in your order may be shipped. You will not be charged for any backordered items until they ship. If the product is discontinued a refund will be issued.
Return, Exchanges and Refunds
A full refund will be given in the original form of payment if merchandise is returned in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from The Raven Store Online, return the unwashed and unworn item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping, and handling charges.
When returning or exchanging items, please send your return, with detailed instructions on exactly what you need done (refund, exchange etc.) to:

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of the return package/order arriving at The Raven Store.
Shipping and Handling
There are three options for receiving your order:
- In-store pick-up
- USPS Priority Shipping: 1-5 business days ($11.50 flat rate fee)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, due to USPS rate increases.
Your order will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. If your order ships incomplete, you will not be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. The backorder shipping fee is included in the original order shipping fee. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail ($11.50 flat rate fee) unless the customer selects pickup in store or express shipping.
All shipping times are based on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturday, Sunday, or nationally recognized holidays.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
For overnight shipping options, please call customer service at 913-360-7448. Additional shipping charges will be added to the $11.50 USPS Flat Rate fee for USPS Express Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Raven Store does not offer international shipping. Because we cannot guarantee delivery of your package and contents, we no longer offer this service.
USPS HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During the holidays the estimated shipping and delivery dates will be extended because of heavy order shipping. Customers can choose between USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail. For USPS Express shipping please contact the Raven Store at 913-360-7448.
Please note that the shipping fee is based on current USPS Flat Rate. Rates are set by USPS, United States Postal Service.
